Your Delivery
Options
We use Royal Mail and UK Mail (our new courier service) to deliver
your parcels. The various delivery options are listed below. All
orders placed before 2pm are despatched the same day. This applies
to all delivery methods, subject to stock availability.
Royal
Mail
Choose from Standard or First Class delivery
services. No signature is required. We have been using Royal
Mail for 11 years and always found their service to be excellent.
The recent disruptions are now behind us and all our Royal Mail
deliveries are working normally again.
Royal Mail Special
Delivery is a guaranteed next day service and your parcel will be
delivered before 1pm. This service is also available for Saturday
deliveries. Please note that a signature is
required.
UK
Mail Next Day Courier Service
We have introduced a courier service in addition to our Royal Mail
services. This only costs £6.50 and means your parcel is delivered
next day by our courier, UK Mail.
This is a fully
tracked, signed for service. It is a great delivery
option because we can also arrange to leave your parcel
in a safe place without a signature if you prefer. Please type your
delivery instructions in the special delivery instructions box on
the checkout page and leave the rest to us.
