The Bella di Notte website uses the very latest encryption technology (SSL) to ensure that your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel across the Internet.

When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our website. Your browser will show a padlock in the bottom right corner to indicate that it has made a secure connection and depending on your browser a window may pop-up to notify you that you are entering this safe area.

To protect cardholders, your bank may request that you are screened using 3D Secure (MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa) and by an independent fraud prevention service. We may contact you for additional security purposes should we deem this necessary.

Secure payment over the Internet can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Credit Account. Payment for the Products and all applicable delivery charges will be taken from your account at the point your order is placed. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the card statement. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are the cardholder or have the cardholder’s full authorisation to use the payment method provided. No responsibility can be taken by the Seller for incorrect or incomplete details submitted on our site. Orders without correct payment information will not be successfully processed. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases.

Orders sent to the Channel Islands are tax free.  This means you can save 20% on the prices quoted on our website.  Your order will be adjusted to deduct the tax when processed through our system. Your payment will be charged in Pound Sterling (£) and will be converted by your credit card company to your domestic currency at the exchange rate of the day.

All prices are shown in sterling and include 20% VAT. 

Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Although we endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country will be the responsibility of you the customer, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
