Ordering and Availability

In Stock Items

Orders placed before 2pm that are in stock are despatched the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the following working day.

What if my item is out of stock?

If your item is out of stock at the time we come to process your order we will contact you to advise an expected delivery date or to offer an alternative item. This will be via email or telephone.

Back Ordered Items

If we have part of your order in stock and an item on back order. The in stock item will be despatched to you immediately. You will only be charged for one amount of P&P.
