How long will my order take to arrive?

Mainland UK
Standard Delivery 4-5 Days by Royal Mail.

Royal Mail First Class delivery takes 1-2 days.

UK Next Working Day & Saturday
Your Royal Mail Special Delivery parcel will arrive next working day by 1pm for orders placed by 3pm Monday to Thursday. Please see Next Day Delivery Exceptions for more information.

What is standard delivery?

Standard UK delivery is by Royal Mail and will be delivered within 4 working days for in stock items.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Standard and 1st Class deliveries do not require a signature.

Next Day, Europe and International deliveries do require a signature upon arrival.

What if you deliver when I'm out?

Parcels containing up to two vests or small tops will fit through your letter box. Larger orders and underwired bras, are sent in a box to protect the contents.

If you are out and your parcel won't fit through the letterbox, your postman will leave a card. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange redelivery. Alternatively you may wish to specify a safe place or delivery instruction for the parcel. See below.

How do I specify a safe place / delivery message?

When you select your delivery method, there is an option to specify a delivery message for your postman. You can type a short message which we will put on your parcel, for example, "Leave in shed if out" or "Leave with No.12"

What if my item is out of stock?

Occasionally an item may be out of stock. We will despatch in stock items immediately and any remaining items will follow in a separate despatch. We will advise by email should your item be temporarily out of stock. Please be assured you will only pay once for delivery where applicable.

When do you charge my card?

We only charge you when as despatch your goods. We do not charge your card when you place your order but we do get an authorisation from your bank or card issuer.

Am I charged postage twice?

No, you will only be charged postage (if applicable) once on your order no matter how many parcels we despatch it in.

Can I change the delivery address?

Yes, we can deliver your parcel to any residential, work or business address. Please ensure that the full address is included and any delivery instructions are also enclosed.

Is there branding on the box?

Yes, however this can be removed for discretion, simply tick "Anonymous Shipping" when checking out.

Can you send my gift to the recipient?

Yes, please specify an alternative delivery address when checking out and we will be delighted to send your parcel straight away. A gift receipt will be included.

Can I collect my order

We now have a "Click & Collect from our Malton shop" option on the secure checkout page.

Simply select Click & Collect when you check out and we will phone you when your order is ready for collection. Please come to the shop with the card you placed the order with to confirm your identity. The shop is open Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm

What are the customs and import charges?

We regret we cannot be held responsible for any customs or import charges levied once your parcel reaches your country.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

Every year we despatch thousands of parcels and it is rare for parcels to be delayed or go missing.

Next day deliveries are fully tracked and should be delivered by 1pm. If your parcel does not arrive we will track this for you. Please call us on 01439 770040.

For 2nd Class parcels please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. Please check around your property and with neighbours, your parcel may have been left. Occasionally Royal Mail return parcels to the local post or sorting office for collection without leaving a card. We ask that you check all these options. Please call us on 01439 770040 should your parcel not be in any of these places. We are always happy to help.
