To help our customers returns have been extended during the COVID lockdown period.
Goods can now be returned within 3 months of purchase receipt.
We are opening returns parcels 48 hours after receipt to allow for parcel quarantine time.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving your parcel.

We hope you will be completely happy with your purchase.
However, if you find your Bella di Notte order is unsuitable, we would be happy to exchange the goods or refund your money.
Simply return the goods unused/unworn with all swing tags attached and in their original condition within 3 months of receipt.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of opened socks or hosiery.
Items must be returned in their original packaging unopened and with original labels still intact.
Your statuary rights are not affected.
If you wish to return an item that's part of a multi-buy offer then your order will no longer qualify for the saving.
You will be refunded the cost of the returned item minus the saving in the multi-buy.
Please call us if you would like to place an exchange order.
We currently offer FREE returns on UK orders that contain full priced items only.
Orders containing sale items are excluded from our free return offers.
During the COVID lockdonw period, sale items can be returned within 3 months from original purchase date.
A returns label is provided on the despatch note enclosed in your parcel.
We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of posting from the post office, as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post.
Returns are sent at your own risk.
It is best to place a new order on the internet or phone us if you require an exchange.
If you have misplaced the returns form please enclose your name, address and contact details.
