Guarantee and Returns

We hope you will be completely happy with your purchase. However, if you find your Bella di Notte order is unsuitable,
we would be happy to exchange the goods or refund your money.

Simply return the goods unused and in their original condition within 28 days of receipt.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of opened socks or hosiery. Items must be returned in their original packaging unopened and with original labels still intact.

Return Postage

We offer FREE returns on UK orders for full priced items purchased outside our sale period (26th December 2018 – 26th January 2019).

Orders containing sale and clearance items do not qualify for free returns.

We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of posting from the post office, as we cannot be held responsible for items
that go missing in the post.

Return Postage

It is best to place a new order on the internet or phone us with your exchange order. Please enclose the returns form
with your package (this can be found on the back of the despatch note sent with your goods) and detail what action
you require us to take be it a refund or exchange.

If you have misplaced the returns form please enclose your name, address and contact details.
