The Bella di Notte website uses the very latest encryption technology (SSL) to ensure that your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel across the Internet.

When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our website. Your browser will show a padlock in the bottom right corner to indicate that it has made a secure connection and depending on your browser a window may pop-up to notify you that you are entering this safe area. Once you have confirmed your order, payment will ONLY be taken from your bank account once the your purchased items have been dispatched. This applies for pre-ordered purchases too.

To protect cardholders, your bank may request that you are screened using 3D Secure (MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa) and by an independent fraud prevention service. We may contact you for additional security purposes should we deem this necessary.

Channel Island Customers

Orders sent to the Channel Islands are tax free.  This means you can save 20% on the prices quoted on our website.  Your order will be adjusted to deduct the tax when processed through our system. Your payment will be charged in Pound Sterling (£) and will be converted by your credit card company to your domestic currency at the exchange rate of the day.

Prices and Tax

All prices are shown in sterling and include 20% VAT. 

Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Although we endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Duty and Customs

Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country will be the responsibility of you the customer, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

Offer Codes

Please remember that if you have an offer code to redeem it you will need to do it on the basket page before you place your order. Unfortunately once your order is placed we cannot amend it.
