Availability

Because all Bella di Notte garments are exclusive, occasionally some are limited. As a result, we regret that all orders are subject to availability. However, we will do our very best to satisfy your requirements and keep you informed of the supply situation.

Acknowledgment of your order

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the goods ordered.

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘submit’ on the final page of our ordering process.

Payment & Pricing

Secure payment over the Internet can be made by Visa, Delta or Mastercard. Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept Maestro cards online. Payment will not be taken from your account until we have dispatched your order. Please see our payment information. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the card statement. No responsibility can be taken by Bella di Notte Ltd for incorrect, or incomplete, details submitted on this website. Orders without correct payment information will not be successfully processed. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases.

Delivery charges

Items will be delivered as stated in our delivery information. We aim to dispatch goods in stock as quickly as possible. However, for a guaranteed delivery date please use our express delivery service.

Delays

Where we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order immediately we will contact you by email giving full details of the expected delivery date.
