Where is the length of the garment measured from?
When measuring a top or a dress the length is from the shoulder seam to the bottom of the garment and when measuring a skirt, it is from the waist band to the bottom of the skirt. When measuring your trouser inside leg measure from the crotch seam straight down to the bottom of the leg.
How is the Ankle Width measured?
The ankle width is measure when the garment is laid flat from one side seam to the other. To get the full circumference of the ankle, you need to double the width.
How do I know what bra size I am?
If you are unable to visit our shop for a bra fitting you can call our Customer Care Team who will advise over the telephone.
What is the difference between Mary and Carola fits in Brax trousers?
The Mary fit is perfect for apple shapes, wider on the waist with narrower hips and slim thighs, the Carola fit is perfect for pear shapes, narrower on the waist with wider hips and curvy thighs.
Do your garments come up large or small?
Generally our products are true to size, each item does include style notes advising the fit, our Customer Care Team are also here to help advise.
Do you do a petite range?
At the moment we don’t offer a dedicated petite range, however, we’re always reviewing our product selection.
