I'm struggling to login to my account.
If you're unable to login to your account, first check that the email address you are using to try login is the same as the one used on the account.
You will receive a verification code to your email address to login, if you are not receiving the email please contact us for help.
How do I change my email address?
First you will need to login to your account by clicking the icon in the top right corner. Once you log in, if you click the icon again and select 'Profile'. This will take you to your account where you can edit your informaton. Simply click the pencil icon and edit.
I have not received an email confirmation?
Please ensure we have your correct email address and you have checked the junk folder.
Please contact us if you continue to have this issue.
How do I subscribe to your email newsletter?
You can insert your email address in the sign up box on the bottom of our website.
I do not want to receive any more promotional emails. How do I unsubscribe?
There is an option to unsubscribe in the email we have sent.
On the marketing emails we send out, there is a unsubscribe link within the T's & C's on the bottom of the email.
Depending on your email provider, there may be an unsubscribe option at the top of the email.
If you are still unsure how to unsubscribe, please contact our friendly customer care team who can help.
Can I delete my account or data?
Yes, under GDPR regulations, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. To do this, please contact our team with your request, and we’ll permanently remove your account and associated information from our system.
