We hope you will be completely happy with your purchase.
However, if you find your Bella di Notte order is unsuitable, we would be happy to exchange the goods or refund your money.
Simply return the goods unused/unworn with all swing tags attached and in their original condition.
Please note that, due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of opened multipack underwear, hosiery or socks.
Your statuary rights are not affected.
Bella di Notte UK returns are FREE using Royal Mail Tracked Returns.
Full price purchases should be returned within 28 days.
Sale purchases must be returned within 14 days.
Please ensure returned items are unused and have all labels and swing tags attached. We are unable to accept the return of opened hosiery and socks. Multipack briefs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
You will receive a Royal Mail pre-paid UK Tracked returns label on your despatch note.
Complete the returns form on your despatch note, indicating the reason for the return and include it in your parcel. Please scroll down for exchanges.
Attach the Tracked Returns label to your parcel and take it to your local Post Office, they will give you a receipt of posting containing your tracking code. Please keep this safe as it's your proof of posting.
Please do not post your return in a letter box as it cannot be tracked.

You can now arrange a collection directly with Royal Mail who will collect your return parcel at a prearranged date and time. You need to enter the tracking barcode from your returns label and pay Royal Mail 60p for your collection. Click here for details.

If you return an item requesting a refund within 28 days of purchase receipt we will issue a refund by way of the original payment method.
We aim to refund you within 5 working days of receiving your parcel.

We process returns as quickly as possible, normally within 2 working days of receipt.
During sale or busy periods this might extended to 5 - 7 working days.
Refunds are usually credited to the orginal method of payment.
The speed on which you receive your refund into your account is dependant on the processing time of your bank, please allow up to 10 days for the money to show in your account.
Please call us if you would like to place an exchange order.
It is best to place a new order on the internet or phone us if you require an exchange.
If you phone us with your exchange order, you will not be charged any extra delivery cost.
